Build a Coordinated Private Label Packaging Set
Cavoriq supplies empty cosmetic bottles, jars and tubes for brands, importers, wholesalers, contract fillers and packaging companies requiring private label packaging for bulk orders.
Private label support can include product selection, packaging colors, logo decoration, pumps and closures, labels, individual boxes, protective inserts and export cartons. The scope is confirmed according to the selected packaging material, structure, order quantity and destination.
We focus on the packaging components and their presentation. Cosmetic formulation, filling and finished-product regulatory approval should be coordinated separately with the buyer’s filling partner or contract manufacturer.
Start with the Primary Packaging
The private label process normally begins by selecting a suitable bottle, jar or tube. Buyers can use an existing mold for faster development or request a new structure when the order volume and project schedule justify tooling.
Important selection points include:
- Packaging material and capacity
- Product application and formula type
- Bottle or jar structure
- Neck finish and closure system
- Pump, sprayer, dropper or cap
- Required decoration area
- Target quantity and launch schedule
PET, PETG, PP, PE, acrylic, glass and aluminum options are available across different packaging categories. The practical choice depends on the required appearance, dispensing method, compatibility-testing plan, shipping risk and budget.
Apply the Brand Identity
Private label decoration may include silk-screen printing, hot stamping, labeling, coating, frosting or other applicable finishes. The process must be suitable for both the packaging material and the artwork.
Buyers should provide vector artwork, Pantone color references, print dimensions and a clear positioning requirement. Fine lines, small text, multiple colors and printing across curved surfaces may affect cost and production consistency.
Our logo printing and decoration page explains how artwork, print position, adhesion and approved samples are handled.
Colors should also be confirmed on the intended material. The same color reference can appear different on clear PET, opaque plastic, acrylic or glass. A physical color sample is recommended when color accuracy is important.
Match Pumps, Caps and Components
A private label set should work as a complete packaging system rather than a collection of visually similar parts. Pumps, droppers, sprayers and caps are selected according to the neck finish, output requirement and intended application.
Component checks may include thread fit, dip-tube length, pump operation, spray pattern, torque and basic leakage. Formula compatibility should be validated using the buyer’s actual product under the intended filling and storage conditions.
See pumps, caps and closure matching for the main technical confirmation points.
Develop Labels, Boxes and Protective Packing
Secondary packaging can include pressure-sensitive labels, folding cartons, inserts, sleeves, instruction cards, barcodes and export cartons. Buyers should provide dielines, artwork files, required wording and any destination-market labeling instructions.
Cavoriq can coordinate packaging dimensions with the approved bottle or jar so the product is held securely. Glass containers and other fragile packaging may require protective sleeves, trays, dividers or reinforced cartons.
Retail compliance claims, ingredient information and mandatory label wording remain the buyer’s responsibility and should be checked for the intended market.
Sample Approval Before Production
Stock samples normally require approximately 3–5 days. Customized color or logo samples generally take around 7–12 days. New-mold samples may require approximately 20–35 days, depending on tooling complexity.
The approved sample should confirm the packaging structure, color, decoration, closure combination and secondary packaging. Our sample development and approval process provides the reference standard for production and inspection.
Standard production normally takes around 25–35 days after sample approval and deposit. Projects involving new molds, complex decoration or multiple customized components may require 35–50 days.
