Export Packing Planned Around the Product
Export packing for cosmetic bottles, jars and tubes must match the material, structure, decoration and shipping method. Glass containers need stronger separation and impact protection, while acrylic packaging requires surface protection to reduce scratches. Pumps, droppers, caps and decorated components must also be protected from pressure, abrasion and contamination during transport.
Cavoriq prepares packing specifications according to the approved product, order quantity and buyer requirements. Available options may include PE bags, protective sleeves, trays, dividers, individual boxes, master cartons and pallet packing. Packaging is confirmed by project rather than applying one packing method to every order.
Inner Protection and Component Separation
Each packaging component is arranged to limit movement and product-to-product contact inside the carton. Bottles and jars may be packed with molded trays, partitions, sleeves or individual boxes depending on fragility and surface finish.
Pumps, droppers and caps can be packed separately or assembled before shipment according to the confirmed order specification. Finished surfaces such as coating, frosting, metallization, silk-screen printing and hot stamping require particular attention because friction during transportation may affect appearance.
For private-label projects requiring individual retail boxes or inserts, buyers should provide the box artwork, dimensions, material requirements and preferred structure. Our Private Label & Custom Packaging page explains how secondary packaging is coordinated with the primary container.
Carton and Pallet Preparation
Master cartons are selected according to product weight, carton dimensions and handling conditions. Before sealing, the packing team checks the product reference, quantity, component combination and packing arrangement against the order specification.
Carton marks, barcodes and shipping labels can be applied when the buyer supplies the required content and positioning instructions. Pallet packing may be arranged where required by the shipping method, destination or buyer’s warehouse. Pallet dimensions, stacking height and any fumigation-related requirements should be confirmed before final packing.
Packing Checks Before Shipment
Packing inspection is part of the final order release. Checks may include:
- Product and component identity
- Quantity per inner pack and master carton
- Divider, tray or sleeve placement
- Carton condition and sealing
- Shipping marks and label position
- Finished-carton dimensions and gross weight
- Pallet stability when palletized
- Final quantity against the packing list
Product appearance, closure fitting and functional inspection are completed under the agreed quality plan before shipment. More details are available on our Quality Control & Functional Testing page.
Shipping Terms and Export Coordination
We support EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF and DDP arrangements according to the destination and shipment plan. Guangzhou Nansha and Shenzhen Yantian or Shekou are commonly used ports, subject to the final freight route.
Shipment preparation can include packing-list confirmation, commercial invoice details, carton measurements, loading information and coordination with the buyer’s nominated forwarder. Freight cost and delivery time depend on volume, gross weight, destination, shipping method and current logistics conditions.
Buyers should confirm the destination country or port, preferred trade term, delivery schedule, labeling requirements and whether pallets are needed when requesting a quotation. These details allow packing and freight requirements to be considered before mass production rather than after the goods are completed.
Information Required for a Packing and Shipping Quote
For an accurate quotation, please provide the packaging type, material, quantity, component combination, individual-box requirements, carton marks, destination and preferred shipping term. If the order includes glass containers, premium surface finishes or mixed components, reference photos or an approved packing sample are helpful.
Packing specifications are confirmed before shipment so the final arrangement matches the product’s protection requirements and the buyer’s receiving process. Review our complete Manufacturing workflow or send your order details for a project-based packing and shipment proposal.
