Factory-Based Production and Coordinated Supply
Cavoriq is a Guangzhou-based cosmetic packaging manufacturer and supplier serving cosmetic brands, importers, wholesalers, contract fillers and packaging companies. We support wholesale, OEM and private-label projects for cosmetic bottles, jars and tubes.
Our factory-based production focuses on selected plastic and acrylic packaging. Injection molding and blow molding are used according to the material, structure and component design. Selected glass, aluminum and bamboo packaging processes are handled through long-term manufacturing partners.
Incoming checks, decoration coordination, component matching, assembly, final inspection and export packing are managed against the approved order specification. This production model allows buyers to source different packaging materials without presenting every manufacturing process as an in-house operation.
The actual production route is confirmed during quotation so buyers can understand how their packaging will be made, customized, inspected and prepared for shipment.
Material Preparation and Production Planning
Production planning begins after the product structure, material, capacity, color, closure, decoration and packing method have been confirmed.
Existing-mold orders require verification of the correct mold and component combination. New structures require drawing review, tooling and first-article approval before mass production. The production specification should identify:
- Product dimensions and capacity
- Material and color reference
- Neck finish and closure combination
- Logo artwork and decoration position
- Surface-finish requirements
- Approved sample standard
- Packing configuration and carton requirements
For plastic and acrylic packaging, resin selection, masterbatch and processing conditions affect color, transparency, wall consistency and molding stability. Incoming materials and outsourced components are checked according to the order requirements before entering decoration or assembly.
Plastic Injection and Blow Molding
Injection molding is used for selected cosmetic jars, caps, shoulders, acrylic outer shells and other rigid components. Blow molding supports suitable bottle structures in materials such as PET, PETG, PP and PE.
The appropriate method depends on the product design, material and required wall structure. During machine setup, first articles are checked before the production run continues. Relevant checks may include dimensions, neck finish, product weight, capacity, wall distribution, molding seams and surface appearance.
Temperature, pressure, cooling and cycle stability can influence shrinkage, deformation, clarity and component fit. These manufacturing controls directly affect consistency across a bulk order. More detail is available on our plastic injection and blow molding page.
Glass, Aluminum and Bamboo Component Supply
Glass bottles and jars, aluminum containers and selected bamboo or wood components require different forming and finishing processes from plastic packaging. These processes are coordinated through long-term manufacturing partners.
Incoming components are checked before decoration, assembly or packing. Inspection points may include dimensions, capacity, neck finish, surface appearance, color, component fit and quantity.
Glass packaging also requires attention to cracks, chips, bubbles, surface defects and potential transit damage. Cavoriq coordinates these components with the selected closures, decoration and final packaging-set requirements. See glass, aluminum and bamboo component production for the applicable supply route.
Printing, Surface Finishing and Assembly
After molded or sourced components are accepted, they move to the applicable decoration stage. Options may include silk-screen printing, hot stamping, labeling, coating, frosting, metallization and other finishes suitable for the packaging material.
Decoration is checked against the approved artwork and physical sample. Logo size, position, color, clarity, registration and adhesion can determine whether the finished packaging is acceptable.
Pumps, sprayers, droppers, caps and inner components are matched according to the neck finish and approved packaging combination. Assembly checks focus on mechanical fit, appearance, dip-tube length and dispensing function. More information is available on pump, cap and component assembly.
Quality Control During Production
Quality control is performed at relevant manufacturing stages rather than relying only on final inspection. The applicable sequence may include:
- Incoming material and component checks
- First-article confirmation
- Dimension, capacity and weight checks
- Color and surface-appearance inspection
- Closure fitting and assembly checks
- Leakage, pump, spray and torque testing
- Logo position, clarity and adhesion inspection
- Final AQL inspection
- Packing and carton verification
The inspection plan depends on the packaging structure and approved order specification. Compatibility with the buyer’s actual cosmetic formula should be validated separately when chemical contact or long-term dispensing performance may affect the packaging.
Packing and Shipment Preparation
Packing is selected according to the product material, fragility, decoration and shipping method. Available protection may include PE bags, protective sleeves, trays, dividers, individual boxes, inner cartons, export cartons and pallets.
Glass bottles, acrylic components and decorated surfaces may require additional separation to reduce scratching, impact or breakage during transport. Final quantities, carton configuration and shipping marks are checked before dispatch.
EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF and DDP shipment terms can be arranged according to the destination and order requirements. Guangzhou Nansha and Shenzhen Yantian or Shekou are commonly used ports.
Production Timing and Quotation Information
Standard mass production normally takes approximately 25–35 days after sample approval and deposit. Orders involving new molds, complex decoration, multiple customized components or peak-season production may require around 35–50 days.
For an accurate quotation, buyers should provide the packaging type, material, capacity, closure, quantity, artwork, color, packing request, destination and target delivery schedule. We can then confirm the manufacturing route, MOQ, sample requirements, estimated production time and suitable packaging and export shipment arrangement.
