Partner Production with Coordinated Project Control
Cavoriq supplies glass bottles and jars, aluminum containers, and selected bamboo or wood packaging components for cosmetic and personal-care projects. These materials require manufacturing processes different from our factory-based plastic and acrylic production.
Glass, aluminum and bamboo-related processes are handled through long-term manufacturing partners selected according to the product structure and order requirements. Cavoriq coordinates the approved specifications, incoming inspection, decoration, closure matching, assembly, final quality checks and export packing.
This production model is suitable for cosmetic brands, importers, wholesalers, contract fillers and packaging companies requiring multiple materials within one packaging range.
Glass Bottles and Jars
Glass packaging is commonly selected for serums, essential oils, lotions, creams and premium skincare ranges. Available structures may include bottles with pumps, droppers or sprayers and jars with compatible lids and inner components.
Glass forming conditions can affect capacity, wall distribution, neck dimensions and surface appearance. Incoming glass components may be checked for:
- Cracks, chips and sharp edges
- Bubbles, stones and visible inclusions
- Surface marks and deformation
- Capacity and key dimensions
- Neck finish and closure fit
- Color and batch consistency
Frosting, coating, screen printing, hot stamping and other applicable finishes can be arranged according to the selected container. Decoration should be approved on the actual glass sample because transparency, surface treatment and bottle color affect the final result.
Aluminum Bottles and Components
Aluminum packaging provides a lightweight metal appearance for selected cosmetic and personal-care applications. Available options depend on the bottle structure, required finish and compatible closure.
Important confirmation points include wall condition, body shape, shoulder formation, bottle opening, surface finish and closure compatibility. Aluminum surfaces may show differences after brushing, anodizing, coating or printing, so the approved physical sample should define the acceptable appearance.
Pumps, sprayers and caps must be matched to the actual neck structure. Mechanical fit and basic function are checked before the approved combination moves to bulk production.
Bamboo and Wood Packaging Components
Bamboo or wood is generally used as a decorative outer component, lid, collar, overcap or secondary packaging element rather than as the primary formula-contact container.
Natural grain, tone and pattern vary between pieces. These variations should be considered part of the material unless the buyer specifies an agreed appearance range. Relevant checks may include dimensions, surface smoothness, color range, cracks, deformation and fit with the inner plastic, glass or metal component.
Coatings, laser marking or logo decoration may be available depending on the structure and material. Feasibility must be confirmed before sampling.
Incoming Inspection and Component Matching
Partner-produced components are checked after arrival and before decoration, assembly or packing. Inspection standards are based on the approved sample, order specification and packaging material.
Glass bottles, aluminum containers and bamboo components are matched with the selected pump, dropper, sprayer, cap, inner lid or gasket. Checks may include thread engagement, snap fit, sealing contact, dip-tube length, torque, dispensing function and basic leakage.
The pump, cap and component assembly page explains how separate components are integrated into an approved packaging set.
Decoration and Approved Samples
Decoration options depend on the material and product structure. Applicable processes may include silk-screen printing, hot stamping, labeling, coating, frosting, metallization or laser marking.
Artwork position, color, clarity, adhesion and surface consistency should be confirmed through a physical sample. Further process details are available on our printing and surface finishing page.
Stock samples normally require around 3–5 days. Customized samples generally take approximately 7–12 days, depending on component availability and decoration. Project timing is confirmed after reviewing the actual specification.
Quality Control and Export Packing
Final inspection may cover dimensions, capacity, appearance, decoration, closure fit, leakage, dispensing function and packing quantity. Testing is selected according to the packaging structure and buyer requirements.
Glass and decorated components require suitable transit protection. PE bags, sleeves, trays, dividers, individual boxes, reinforced export cartons and pallets can be selected according to fragility and shipping conditions.
For a quotation, provide the packaging type, material, capacity, quantity, closure, decoration, packing request, destination and target schedule. We can then confirm partner-production feasibility, MOQ, sample route and the appropriate packaging and export shipment arrangement.
