Cavoriq develops custom cosmetic packaging for skincare brands, beauty companies, importers, wholesalers, contract fillers and packaging distributors. Projects can use an existing bottle, jar or tube mold for faster sourcing, or proceed to a new mold when a different shape, capacity or closure structure is required.

Customization can include material selection, capacity, molded color, surface finish, logo decoration, pump or cap matching, individual boxes and export packing. These items should be evaluated together because one change can affect MOQ, tooling, sample time, production cost and delivery.

We support factory-based production for plastic and acrylic packaging. Selected glass, aluminum and bamboo components are produced through long-term manufacturing partners, followed by incoming inspection, component matching and final project checks.

Select an Existing Mold or Develop a New Structure

Existing molds are usually the practical starting point for wholesale and private-label packaging. Buyers can select a proven bottle, jar or tube structure and customize its color, decoration, dispensing component and secondary packaging. This route reduces tooling investment and normally supports faster sampling.

Changing only the bottle color or Logo does not require a new container mold. However, changing the external shape, capacity, neck finish or functional structure may require new tooling. Our custom mold development process can begin from a drawing, 3D file, physical reference sample or clearly defined packaging requirement.

Confirm Materials, Capacity and Dispensing Components

The available material range includes PET, PETG, PP, PE, PMMA/acrylic, glass and aluminum, together with selected bamboo or wood components. Material selection affects transparency, weight, wall structure, surface appearance, decoration options and export protection.

Capacity must be confirmed with the container structure and intended fill volume. Buyers should also specify the required pump, sprayer, dropper, cap or lid. Bottle necks, threads, dip-tube length, pump output and formula viscosity can affect the final component combination.

Our material and capacity options provide a starting point, but compatibility with the buyer’s actual formula should be tested using production-intent packaging before mass filling.

Customize Color, Logo and Surface Appearance

Custom color options may include molded color, transparent or opaque color, spray coating, frosting and selected metallic finishes. A Pantone reference can guide color development, but the final appearance also depends on the packaging material, wall thickness and surface treatment. Physical samples should be approved under suitable lighting before production.

Available Logo processes may include silk-screen printing, hot stamping and labeling. Artwork size, position, bottle curvature and surface finish determine which method is suitable. Buyers should provide vector artwork and the required print color. The Logo printing and decoration process includes artwork confirmation, decorated sampling and inspection against the approved reference.

Approve Samples Before Bulk Production

Sampling depends on the level of customization. Stock samples normally require 3–5 days. Custom color or Logo samples generally take 7–12 days. New-mold samples typically require 20–35 days, depending on structure, tooling trials and required modifications.

Before bulk production, the buyer should approve:

• Bottle, pump, dropper, cap or lid combination
• Color and surface finish
• Logo artwork, position and decoration
• Individual packaging and export protection
• Physical sample or agreed production reference

MOQ, Production and Quotation Information

Stock or standard styles normally start around 1,000–3,000 pieces. Standard customized orders are commonly around 5,000 pieces. Special colors, complex decoration and new molds may require higher quantities.

Standard mass production normally takes 25–35 days after sample approval and deposit. Complex decoration, new molds or peak-season orders may require 35–50 days.
