Apply Your Logo to the Right Packaging Surface
Cavoriq supports custom Logo decoration for cosmetic bottles, jars, tubes and selected closures. Available processes may include silk-screen printing, hot stamping, labeling and other project-based decoration methods for plastic, acrylic, glass and aluminum packaging.
The correct process depends on the packaging material, surface finish, container shape, artwork, number of colors and target order quantity. A decoration that works on a flat jar may not produce the same result on a curved bottle, recessed surface or flexible tube.
Before sampling, buyers should confirm the packaging model, material, color, surface finish, Logo size, placement and artwork colors. Decoration should be reviewed together with the container rather than treated as a separate printing order.
Silk-Screen Printing
Silk-screen printing is commonly used for text, simple graphics and single- or multi-color Logos on bottles, jars and tubes. The process can produce solid ink coverage when the packaging surface and artwork are suitable.
Several details affect the result:
- Printable area and container curvature
- Artwork line thickness
- Number of print colors
- Registration between colors
- Ink color and packaging background
- Matte, glossy, frosted or coated surface
- Required print orientation
White ink can look different on transparent, amber, colored or frosted packaging. Very fine text and narrow lines may also require adjustment. Artwork should therefore be reviewed before a decorated sample is prepared.
Hot Stamping and Metallic Decoration
Hot stamping is selected when a metallic or foil appearance is required. Common project directions include gold, silver and selected colored foils. It is often applied to bottles, jars, caps, collars and folding boxes.
The stamping area must be suitable for stable contact. Strongly curved surfaces, sharp edges, recessed areas or changes in diameter can limit the printable area. The packaging material and surface treatment also influence foil transfer and adhesion.
Hot stamping can be combined with the finishes described on our Custom Colors and Surface Finishes page. The finish and foil should be tested together because a coating that changes the surface can also change the decoration result.
Labels and Secondary Packaging Decoration
Labels can be used when the artwork contains detailed information, multiple colors, variable data or content that is not practical for direct printing. Options depend on label material, adhesive, container curvature and intended storage conditions.
Private-label projects may also include decorated folding boxes, inserts and coordinated packaging components. Buyers should provide the required box artwork, barcode, product information and market-specific text. Cavoriq supplies empty cosmetic packaging; private-label support refers to branded packaging and secondary packaging, not cosmetic formulation or filling.
More complete branded packaging requirements can be reviewed through Private Label and Custom Packaging.
Artwork and Decorated Sample Approval
Vector artwork is preferred for production. Buyers should provide:
- AI, EPS, PDF or other editable vector files
- Logo dimensions
- Print position and orientation
- Pantone or specified print colors
- Required decoration process
- Reference photo where available
- Packaging and closure combination
- Target order quantity
Custom Logo samples generally require 7–12 days, depending on the packaging structure, number of colors and decoration process. The decorated sample should be approved for position, scale, color, clarity and finish before bulk production. Our Sample Development and Approval process establishes the reference used for production and inspection.
Decoration Inspection and Bulk Production
Inspection can include Logo position, print clarity, color, coverage, registration, foil completeness, scratches and comparison with the approved sample. Adhesion checks may be arranged according to the material and decoration method.
Finished surfaces may require PE sleeves, trays, dividers or individual boxes to reduce scratching during transport. Packaging protection should be confirmed before production.
Standard customized orders are commonly around 5,000 pieces. Standard production normally requires 25–35 days after sample approval and deposit. Multiple colors, complex decoration or peak-season schedules may require 35–50 days.
