Cavoriq supplies cosmetic bottles, jars and tubes in PET, PETG, PP, PE, PMMA/acrylic, glass and aluminum. Selected bamboo or wood components can also be coordinated for caps, collars and decorative packaging details.
Material selection affects more than appearance. It can influence container weight, transparency, wall structure, decoration methods, closure compatibility, export protection and order quantity. Buyers should therefore confirm the intended application, target capacity, preferred appearance, closure and actual formula before approving a material.
Our material support includes factory-based plastic and acrylic packaging production, with selected glass, aluminum and bamboo components supplied through long-term manufacturing partners. Incoming components and final packaging combinations are checked against the approved order specifications.
Plastic Materials for Bottles, Jars and Tubes
PET is commonly selected for clear or colored cosmetic bottles where low weight and practical wholesale sourcing are important. PETG can provide a thicker, glass-like appearance for selected premium bottle structures.
PP is frequently used for caps, jars, airless components and packaging structures requiring molded color or functional assembly. PE is suitable for selected flexible bottles, squeeze packaging and tube applications. The exact resin grade and packaging structure depend on the mold and intended use.
PMMA, usually referred to as acrylic packaging, is often used for premium skincare bottles and jars. Acrylic containers may use multi-wall structures with an inner container and a thicker decorative outer wall. This creates a heavier visual appearance but also affects assembly, packing volume and cost.

Glass and Aluminum Packaging Options
Glass bottles and jars are used for serums, essential oils, creams and premium skincare projects. Options may include clear, amber, frosted, coated or decorated surfaces. Buyers should consider the increased shipment weight and the need for dividers, sleeves or reinforced cartons.
Aluminum bottles offer a lightweight metal appearance and can be developed with selected finishes, sprayers, pumps or screw closures. Dents, coating consistency, bottle-neck dimensions and closure matching are important inspection points for aluminum packaging.
Selected glass and aluminum items are produced through long-term manufacturing partners. Cavoriq coordinates incoming inspection, decoration requirements, component matching, final checks and export packing.
Choose Capacity Together With the Closure
Capacity should not be selected separately from the packaging structure. A small serum bottle may require a dropper or treatment pump, while larger lotion, cleanser and personal-care bottles may use lotion pumps, sprayers or disc-top caps. Cream and mask jars require suitable lids, liners or inner components.
Existing molds provide established combinations of external dimensions, nominal capacity and neck finish. Buyers can select from available capacities without new tooling. Changing the bottle diameter, height, neck or internal volume may require Custom Mold Development rather than a simple adjustment.

Sample and Compatibility Confirmation
Stock samples normally require 3–5 days. Material, capacity and closure combinations should be checked before customized decoration begins. Custom color or Logo samples generally require 7–12 days, while new-mold samples typically require 20–35 days.
Cavoriq can check dimensions, capacity, appearance, closure fitting, leakage and dispensing operation. Compatibility with the buyer’s actual formula must be validated using production-intent packaging before mass filling. Oils, alcohol, active ingredients, unusual viscosity and extended storage conditions may affect the result.
